UNIVERSITY PEAK, ANT (Sept., Oct., 2008) – The Antarctic Weather Service has released its preliminary report containing three different warnings of severe weather for the main campus during July (See: AU Weathercentre University Peak Camara)

The first warning tells of impending flash freezes which may make outside travel difficult.

"I would not travel outside between these dates," reported spokesman William Capote.

Agenda materials are available on the McMurdo Station, Ant WeatherBoard, at http://www.wunderground.com/global/stations/89664.html.

The AU WeatherCentre is an official service created by voters in 2001 to aid in the prediction of and preparation for severe weather.
