Back to the Galilean Satellites...

Callisto's importance can't be overstated. It has been enjoined by Robert Zubrin and others as "the place".. the best location in the Jupiter system for a permanent base.

As the Jovian system was called by Zubrin, "The Persian Gulf of the Solar System," it may not be a bad place for the one pictured here.
