FLOYD @ UANT's IceBox 1994 - Pink Floyd was not known in Antarctica
until the Berlin Wall was broken down and they played a concert
there while it happened. The band immediately gained a cult following
here, and records were imported from many dealers all across the
United States, where the best prices were for bulk purchases. Like
the Dutch Tulip craze of the 17th Century, Pink Floyd records fetched
high prices. The mood of Floyd's songs entrapped UANT students'
