The process goes like this: move into USA territory with the most powerful army of the 21st Century: the Army of the Economic Refugee, an unarmed army of tens of millions, and gently turn economic and monetary union into a reality, a process NAFTA has began already. Then move into one of two scenarios: either establish a political union of all the Americas by saying it is being done to prevent 'war' or the idea that war is possible, just as we in the EU have done. Then take the unified bloc and integrate it, like the Boston Schools, levelling standards-of-living throughout it, to finally end inequality. At UCLA I have learned this is called 'leveling the playing field.' Then, establish majorities in each political designation and take control of politics. The other scenario is represented on the map above: take the southwest of USA and incorporate it into a new enlarged Mexican territory. It is all so interesting and exciting for me, as a Frenchman studying in Antarctica, to go to Los Angeles and see all of this. People with a goal to reach. A meaning in the life.  BACK
