In 1965, Ian Smith signed the Universal Declaration of Independence of Rhodesia against Britain, and a new experiment began. Unlike the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand or Antarctica, this experiment failed after 14 years, when it turned into a dictatorship, an irresponsible majority rule, when the agreement was to have a responsible majority rule.
